PRACTICAL UPDATE GUIDE
The changes players will actually notice
Version 1.3 is not just a romance patch. It changes how saves work, adds underwater festival content, expands hangouts, updates collections and makes several daily systems more convenient.
ROMANCE & RELATIONSHIPS
More than two new faces
The update changes how relationships continue after dating and marriage. NPCs can invite the player to hangouts, anniversaries create special interactions, and the attention system adds optional consequences when relationships are neglected.
Agung
Becomes romanceable after Merfolk Chaperone Part 4 and his relationship requirements. His route opens later than most town routes.
Add him to your route plan →Raina
Becomes romanceable after the Recreation Center opens, making her a late-game relationship route.
Open the romance planner →NPC invitations
After dialogue, dateables at two hearts or higher can initiate a hangout. Declining does not reduce hearts.
Anniversaries
Talking to your spouse on the anniversary triggers special dialogue, a kiss, a gift and a one-day Mastery EXP and Heart Point buff.
Jealousy
New reactions can occur before and after marriage. Players who do not want relationship drama can disable jealousy in Settings.
Attention
Spouses may react when kisses, gifts or birthdays are neglected for too long, giving marriage more ongoing interaction.

MERFOLK FESTIVAL
Festival of the Sun
The festival runs every Summer 19–21 in the Merfolk Kingdom. Attendance requires the relevant Kingdom access and Merfolk progression, including Resupply Merfolk Kingdom II and Merfolk Chaperone Part 4.
NEW SAVE SYSTEM
More control over risky decisions
Single-player now supports up to ten character slots, renameable saves, manual saves and automatic saves at several progression points. The feature also makes it easier to branch relationship choices without destroying the original route.
